Awesome and all natural. No injections! I completed a 12 week Gut Healing, Gastrointestinal Support, and Microbiome reset program which included a ton of helpful and accessible information, an extensive and guided natural supplement program, and 5 calls with the awesome Dr. T! Ashley and Shelby from the St. Augustine were my liasons and they were both awesome as well. Like anything and clearly stated by them, you get out of it what you put into it. I was pretty strict and worked out during the program and lost about 20 pounds. More importantly, the detoxification and anti-inflammation of my liver and kidneys as well as my mind and spirit was the real benefit. I had been dealing with awful gut issues. I lost 10 pounds in one month due to not being able to keep anything down.
